South Riding Skatepark is a bit of an anomaly in the skatepark world. This 7,000 sq ft. street-plaza style skatepark is the first county-owned skatepark. A joint venture between the Loudon County, who owned the land and funded by South Riding Proprietary, the community's homeowner association. The facility is equipped with lights for evening sessions and is unsupervised.
